“How much does cleaning cost?”

This is often the first question we get asked. Cleaning is a time-consuming trade and the cost of cleaning services depends on two main things; the size and condition of the premises. A property that has been maintained regularly will not cost the same to have cleaned as a property that has been neglected.

At Questa Property Services, we take great pride in the services we provide. Being open and transparent with our clients is extremely important to us. Our pricing reflects our commitment to the quality we offer, caring for our staff and minimising our impact on the environment.

We have put together pricing estimates for many of our services below so that you can quickly and easily get an idea of costs. The purpose of our pricing tables are to give you an initial indication of our prices, though final pricing is always conditional upon a final inspection of the property.

Our prices are always charged as a flat fee. We don’t charge per hour.

All pricing on our website is excluding GST.
