You can send us quote request using the form at the bottom of this page. We endeavour to always reply within the same business day. Alternatively, you can call us on 0413 235 605  or chat with us through our Facebook page.

How do I pay for cleaning services?2018-06-28T03:37:18+10:00

We require payment at the completion of our work. Payment can be made by either cash or credit card. You can also pay by bank transfer if you wish, but it will need to be arranged prior to commencing work.

Yes, we supply everything needed to complete our cleaning services and we only use high-quality materials and equipment. You don’t have to worry about a thing!

We don’t offer bed changing, laundry, dishwashing or ironing.

No, you don’t. It’s your choice to stay around or go out. Simply leave us a key, or we can arrange pick-up prior to our arrival.

It all depends on the condition of your home and type of service you require. We will advise you an estimate of the time it may take when you request your booking.

It really depends on the size and condition of the property. We generally have teams of 2 people but if extra people are required, this will be organised for you.

Yes, we are! If you need proof of insurance simply contact us and we’ll gladly send you all of the relevant documentation.

Our 100% guarantee is our commitment to you. If you have any concerns with the cleaning service you have received, we will work with you to make it right. This is how it works:

  • Call us within 24 hours of your cleaning service and provide us with the details of your concerns and/or issues.
  • We will re-schedule the clean at no cost to you. Our team will return to your home and rectify the areas of concern.
  • After the re-cleaning, if you still have concerns, we will review your issues once again. If we are unable to address your concerns, we will fairly provide a credit or a refund to you.
